Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, using our website, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Astoria Home Services provides residential home services in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee.

Access to Property

By booking a service, you confirm that you have the authority to grant our team access to the property. You agree to provide a safe working environment. If unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to stop work until the situation is resolved.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Astoria Home Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the services performed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Damage Claims

Any claims for damage allegedly caused by our team must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
